Examples of crappy English taken from the news on May 28th, 2007. Am still reading the Express, but found none so far.
  • Article by Camille Bethel in the Guardian - Find black car driver :- Is the car black Camille, or the driver?
  • Article by RS, Guardian - Social Development Minister Anthony Roberts is blaming his menfolk for the ills of society... :- His menfolk? I wasn't aware I belong to or am related to Mr Roberts.
  • Editorial, Guardian - Highway deaths demand greater police diligence :- greater diligence to cause or prevent deaths? This can go either way.
  • BBC - Alcohol health warnings by 2008 :- Alcohol health? Are we referring to the health of the alcohol, or health warnings on alcohol?
