Don't get me wrong, I can string together a few words properly. I may not know all the 'rules' of English, but I do know when a sentence is incorrect. I make mistakes but I try to keep them to a minimum. So I tend to adopt a more formal way of blogging except for when I think writing in Trini dialect will be more effective.
But I admire writers who put together a few paragraphs that are so witty, so brilliantly done, you can't help wish that some of that talent leaks into your own blood.
Modest Goddess has a brilliantly witty style, clearly shown in her post 'Chile Fadder'. Damn, I can't help some envy here. :-)
Cranky Putz also has a clearly affable yet funny style of writing. Her writing welcomes you.
Unfortunately, neither posts regularly, but when they do, they make up for their lack of persistence.
The Angry Black Man is quite good, but I dislike all the swearing. Of course, if that is his particular blog trait, I can't complain, can I? Oh wait, I just did. Nevertheless, he is quite good at expressing himself, and always entertains. Me anyway.
In the meantime, I hope I continue to develop and grow in directions I hadn't thought about before.
