The only constant is change

Neil Singh and the rest of the medical board in Trinidad and Tobago should pay heed to how a First World country (the UK) manages its affairs.
Health officials are to be questioned by ministers and members of the public over the performance of their boards.

Health Secretary Nicola Sturgeon and Public Health Minister Shona Robison will examine how well each of them is delivering services.

Ms Sturgeon said it was right to hold NHS managers to public account.

She said the reviews would highlight success but also tackle tough issues and drive forward improvement.

It is high time health services in Trinidad is prevented from carrying out their policies and plans in secrecy and that members of the public hold them in account for their actions.
