'Magic' and 'sci fi' comes alive

Some time ago, scientists at the University of St Andrews (Scotland) had showed that it is feasible to have invisibility cloaks (like Harry Potter). Theoretically it is possible to bend light around an object.

Now they have shown that it is possible to fly. Well, maybe not fly but certainly levitate.
The Casimir force is a consequence of quantum mechanics...is due to neither electrical charge or gravity, for example, but the fluctuations in all-pervasive energy fields in the intervening empty space between the objects.
The scientists believe that they can engineer the Casimir force to repel, rather than attract.
I guess all those sci fi movies and books I indulged in aren't fiction any more.
