As for your statement that you never spoke to me on the phone, well, I don’t really ‘like’ phones. I prefer letters. I think when I am working or can’t be around a person, a letter boosts my spirit more than a phone call, as it is a more tangible piece of someone. I can keep it close, read it whenever I need to revitalise myself… I know you won’t understand. For me, it helps to remind me that someone actually cares enough to write. Everything today is much too swift, and no one takes time anymore to have friends and to make the effort to keep in contact. It's quick phone calls, quick texts, quick emails. Where is the sacrifice in that?Sometimes ladies, it is good to pay attention to what your man wants, however quirky that may be. He usually does have a reason of his own, even if you do not understand it.
