This was my initial reaction to learning that Imbert-cile will be managing both URP and CEPEP.
I mean, the man done feck up one ministry because he writing letters the the editor all day, instead of fricking managing as he supposedly is paid for.
I wonder now if he cutting back on the letter writing or working longer hours?
