There is a certain parliamentarian, not a government fella, who mouth so twisted that what comes out twisted too. I cyah understand what the France he try to say here:
The law is that you do not have to wait for someone to kill you before you act in self defence.
Is it possible to act in self defence AFTER you get killed?
