President George Maxwell Richards and his wife, Dr Jean Ramjohn-Richards, Jamaica Prime Minister Bruce Golding, Caricom Secretary General Dr Edwin Carrington, Government Ministers including Manning’s wife Local Government Minister Hazel Manning, Works and Transport’s Colm Imbert, Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Dr Lenny Saith, Health Minister Jerry Narace and Education’s Esther Le Gendre, several business chamber heads including TT Chamber president, Ian Collier and Manufacturers Association’s Karen de Montbrun , Deputy Central Bank Governors Joan John and Dr Shelton Nicholls, along with top commercial bankers continued feting unabated with the serving of fine international cuisine, entertainment and fireworks after Dwight Lewis, 23, and Benedict Rouseau, said to be in his 30s, members of the Lydians Choir, suffered deep gashes to their heads and necks after being hit by debris as they stood on the balcony of the Grand Ballroom at last night's grand opening of the Hyatt Regency Trinidad when a loud fireworks, streamers and confetti display went awry.
