Now, Anthony was a URP worker. We all know URP doesn't ask for rocket scientists to work for them.
Forty-seven-year-old Anthony McCarthy, was a URP foreman at the time of his murder.
He was shot and killed on May 16, 2006.
I looked at this photo and I wondered at the amount of bling on a man who worked for URP.
If Tattoo says there are no criminals in URP, then how did Anthony afford this bling? Was he earning the wages of a rocket scientist perhaps?
