Take the anomaly of the Caroni workers who were displaced two years ago. While the Ministry of Agriculture is still to deliver the plots of land for them to plant food, the Prime Minister's palatial residence and executive jet get fast-tracked overnight.

Talk about priorities!

Now this one wins. A farmer loses his entire crop due to flooding and a calypsonian sings about an opposition politician and his wife. One gets $49 for his back-breaking hard work while the other gets a quarter million dollars for his frivolity.
