Once again, a driver is guilty of paying scant attention to the road, and obviously driving in an unsafe manner. While accidents may happen, the greater majority of the time the fault always lie with one or more drivers.
Now we have several more crash dummies lying in the morgue, several families grieving, and all in full knowledge that the carnage will continue unabated. Primarily because the dunceys aren't capable of enforcing the law of course, but also because as Trinidadians/Tobagonians we aren't capable of the discipline to obey laws meant to protect us and keep us safe on the road.
