Why is it necessary to leave original documents such as birth certificates at the Immigration office when applying for a passport, when on more than one occasion the Chief immigration Officer has publicly said that photocopies will do? Does his staff ever read the newspapers? Has he ever put his words into a memo or circular? Is the staff literate?
Why is the computer generated certificate necessary when the original handwritten ones are still legal?
