Born dotish?

Information Minister Neil Parsanlal admitted yesterday that PNMites attending the party's two-day annual convention at the Chaguaramas Convention Centre had booked in at the Hyatt Regency hotel on Wrightson Road. He insisted, however, that these persons were staying at the Hyatt at their own expense and not at the expense of taxpayers.

And if anyone believes that, would you also believe one of my nuts is square and the other is a crystal pyramid?

I sometimes wonder whether these jackasses were born this dotish or they had to learn?

The improbability of that statement by Parsanlal is shown below; do you really think PNM members are putting out from their own pockets?

For this weekend, persons would have to fork out big dollars for a weekend stay. Hotel reservations staff list a choice of Regency club rooms or standard rooms with the former, located on the top floor, going for US$313.39 per night for Friday and Saturday night.

A weekend package is available for US$1,061-this includes breakfast and drinks and snacks in the afternoon, hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour as well as dessert.

For the standard room which comes with a king-sized bed or double beds, guests will have to pay US$240.79 per night for Friday and Saturday.

By the way, Anna Ramdass, your computer comes with a spell check. I've just corrected hors d'oeuvres for you.
