The full extent of the law please.

Hoo Ha!
I am a happy man. Why? On one front at least, justice seems to be working.
You may wonder what I am raving about. Well, the Appeal Court has thrown out Shermie's nonsensical challenge to the JLSC pursuing disciplinary action against him.
Both the Guardian and the Express report that:
Chief Magistrate Sherman McNicolls must face two disciplinary charges arising out of his refusal to give evidence for the prosecution against former Chief Justice Satnarine Sharma who was charged with attempting to pervert the course of public justice.
Of course, Shermie being what he is, will fight all the way to the Privy Council.
Lawyers for McNicolls have already indicated their intention to appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London. They were granted a stay of execution of 28 days.
I just hope that disciplinary action will not wither and dry up when Shermie retires, but that he will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
