CONSTABLE CARELESS:
This policeman walking along Daisley Road in Ste Madeleine yesterday displayed total carelessness by having a gun stuck in the back of his pants waist, while his other gun is in its rightful place in a holster. Anyone could have run up behind him and grabbed the gun before he had time to react.
