Some more observations

Perusing the news this morning, I saw a few things that are extraordinary in themselves, but quickly becoming ordinary, so much so that they don't even raise an eyebrow anymore.

For example, the dunceys always seem to know a man is a drug lord after he gets shot.

The Ministry of Education actually needs legislation to make teachers go to work more often. Hmm, I'd recommend someone read the Civil Service Regs there, if anyone at the ministry can read that is.

A man with a history of mental illness goes into an airplane soaking wet and barefoot 'to see his brother'. He is caught and is sentenced to 6 months hard labour after being unrepresented in court. I don't know his degree of mental illness but I have to ask, did he know what the hell was going on?
