I was under the impression his tenure lasted until June or July this year.
Anyway, he came to mind because the JLSC is seeking to overturn Peter Jamadar's ruling that Shermie can be slapped with 2 charges instead of 6. The JLSC wants the Privy Council to reverse Jamadar's decision, via an appeal.
I can only say, I look forward to this battle.
