It had to happen.
Google has finally gone into the browser market. The Official Google Blog has revealed that today, Tuesday, Google is releasing its free, open source browser called Chrome. (The link will be active when the browser is ready for download).
Unfortunately, since I live in the UK, I may have to wait a few hours until the Google labs wake up and actually put the browser up for download. As I write this it is not yet online. But the comic is cool.
Still, like so many great Google products, I cannot wait to try this one. Expect some further comments by next week, after I have had a few days to play around with it.
