Why is it when National Security Minister Martin Joseph is giving the report about crime in this country, particularly the murders, he is constantly grinning?
Is this amusing to him and his cabinet, or is it, as his Prime Minister has said, the average citizens are not affected by crime, it is only the so-called depressed areas (Laventille etc)?
Mr Joseph, everyone in T&T has been affected by crime in one way or another. Directly or indirectly, we have all suffered. Mr Joseph, when crime hits home that silly permanent grin on your face will be no more. It would not be classified as "unclassified" anymore.
