Overheard on a hospital ward, comments on a sign “M.R.S.A.” on the wall:

Foreign doctor to nurse: “ Nurse, who is Mr S.A?”

Nurse: “We don’t have a Mr S.A. on staff.”

Doctor: “Who is Mrs A?”
