Neil Warner-Paul, former secretary of the Police Welfare Association, is the duncey who shot a pastor while the poor man was sitting in his car, allegedly with a woman Warner-Paul was shagging, or planning to shag.*
Now that he is to be tried for murder, I still wonder who is footing the bill. Not only that, I am still unchanged in my opinion that there will be some tomfoolery with the application of the law, and he will get off.
By the way, the woman in the ‘love triangle’ is another duncey – obviously in more ways than one.
