Probably the very best thing my earnings have given me, though, is absence of worry. I have not forgotten what it feels like to worry whether you'll have enough money to pay the bills. Not to have to think about that any more is the biggest luxury in the world.

The absence of that kinda worry does bring one closer to a feeling of happiness.
No - hol' orn donkey rock crawlers! I'm not saying money can buy happiness. But lets get real - the absence of money can bring unhappiness. And let me tell you lot now, I who have worked to help the homeless and street drunks, know that many of them are happy, as penniless as they are, or even happier than many a celebrity on the Hollywood scene.
Money is a source of power and a means of expression. Given enough of it, it will bring out the best and worse in each of us.
But eef anybody out dey t'ink dat dey money causin' them too much unhappiness, den kindly pass me your stash. That should make both of us happier!!
Good that it's her earnings are the cause for no worries. it would be worse if the presence of fear would be the cause.
