Look at the horizon. Is that a plane? It’s too big at that distance. Is it a bird? That’ll be too small to pick up at that distance on the camera. This thing is way out, just approaching the horizon. I can assure you it was there for only a split second. It was not a hot air balloon, else I would have seen it with my own eyes for many minutes. This dot came and went in a split second.
