When I was told about the Ramai Trace Hindu School being renamed, I was puzzled, and a bit pissed off.
I attended this school… I liked the name. I resented my old school being renamed for a man who has been a ‘blight’ in the constituency the entire time he was there.
Ramai Trace is one of the worst maintained roads in the entire country (sorry, I have no photos but I will try to get some). I cannot imagine the reasoning that would allow the renaming of the school when the area is treated like the outhouse… in fact, some outhouses are better maintained.
Anyway, Kevin Baldeosingh’s satire on Moonilal is right on the ball.
