Hmm, I confess. Being a GOM (Grumpy Old Man) I had no idea who Akon is. Still don't. I do know that he was in Trinidad, and corrupted the morals of the population more than Elton John ever will. I guess it's okay to corrupt the morals of a 14 year old, do a dutty wine on her, rather than to allow a gay man to sing.
When I think about it, I can't recall 14 year old girls dressing like that in my school days. And she even has a tattoo on the waistband. Preacherman too busy preaching to think about parental responsibility? I can't figure how she could go Zen and the man don't know. Or if he did know, then it says a lot more about whom he should be preaching to and about what, rather than poor Elton John. Eh?
