Can someone please tell me why a police officer failed to attend court not once, not twice, but 20 times in succession? And this too in a matter involving the MURDER of a 4 year old girl.
Can it be that he is ill and bedridden, and cannot write (I might believe the last part) to send a note to court to say so?
