Singular or Plural?
- None is attractive to me and none are attracted to me.
- Neither is attractive to me but either are willing.
- The majority of English speakers is guilty of saying the majority of English speakers are guilty.
- The public is aware that the public thinks it are not getting English right.
- The first person, the second person and the third person agrees that the subject and verb are subject to change.
- The English faculty is excellent and in possession of all their faculties.
- The audience is bored and as a result they are restless.
- The company is confident that the company are right.
- Government is concerned that the government were put in a difficult position.
