Last night, Punks and I had our usual bedtime story and when it was time for lights out, she asked me if she could ask me a question.
I answered in the affirmative.
She came back with: " Dad, why do adults always bully kids and blame them for everything, and not listen to them?"
I'm stumped. Somewhere she has seen actions I do not condone or practice with her, and I have no idea yet how to answer.
I'm saddened that she is growing up and losing her innocence of the joys of her childhood world.
