I guess I was wondering how they'd find a technicality to free him, but with PNM police dunceys, that wasn't so hard. Here we have a duncey couldn't remember whether he was in uniform or not at the time Achong cuss, so because of that, they free him. A case of not seeing the woods for the trees if you ask me.
That reminds me of the Brad Boyce case where Boyce struck a man a blow to his head (he subsequently died), and the magistrate threw out the case because the pathologist 'wasn't qualified' to say how the man died. Nope, our friend Shermie required a 'forensic' pathologist. I have to admit, I am curious about Shermie's finances; it seems all these cases always have a financial link.

Getting back to Achong though, despite the red herrings thrown up by the prosecution and defence (they work together on this, from all appearances) you can see a direct link to the video here. By the way, how come the video wasn't tendered into evidence? Not one article mentioned this important evidence. What happened to the young lady who was also cursed, as shown in the video?
