Manual vehicles defeat dunceys!

Oh lord! What a thing!
Inspector Glenda Smith said some of the officers at the station only knew how to drive an automatic vehicle. Senior Superintendent of the Western Division Roderick Roach said what could be done to facilitate officers who did not know how to operate a manual vehicle was to ensure that an extra month in training at the Police Barracks where officers are taught how to drive a manual vehicle.
(Then again, I shouldn't be surprised).

This is the same senior duncey who did not find anything wrong when Reyes son mash up the place and bite up police who were attempting to arrest him.

And to prove my point about the duncey syndrome infecting the police service, look how they can't even drive a manual transmission vehicle. I guess that's how that other duncey crash when he burn down his ex-gyul house...

By the way, pay attention to the ethnic composition of the senior dunceys from the First Division. And pay attention to the size of these chair fillers, I mean pencil pushers.
