Well, the CJ impartial, but since it have so many PNM people on corruption charges, they kinda needed to have judges appointed to favour the PNM defendants. Ah kinda hear this in the grapevine, and it making sense... the spoke in the wheel woulda been Sat Sharma who mighta appoint judges that ent sympathetic.
But if he out of the way, look who getting the job: a pro-PNM Justice Hamel-Smith (currently acting CJ). Doh forget, Hamel-Smith advising Pa-trick every step of the way on how to proceed with section 137, tribunal etc.
I always saying justice blind, deaf and dumb, and we only seeing monkey island justice, but even I astounded at the lengths PNM going to protect they tiefing padners. Look how Rowley get clear in that Landate matter... anyway, I guess if you could tief $110M what is a lil gravel, eh boy?
