The long tradition continues

PRESIDENT George Maxwell Richards and First Lady Dr Jean Ramjohn-Richards and their children Mark and Maxine were among the thousands of patrons who turned up for the Escape to the Sanctuary all-inclusive fete held in Salybia last Thursday.

Also in attendance were Trade and Industry Minister Dr Keith Rowley, Energy Minister Conrad Enill and Minister of State in the Culture Ministry Donna Cox, as well as former minister Roger Boynes, National Carnival Commission (NCC) chairman, Keston Nancoo, former Commissioner of Police Everald Snaggs and a host of other high-profile personalities.

And in the meantime, kidnap victim Zalina Mohammed is still undergoing an experience most people cannot even imagine. Roads still look like this. Food prices rising, dunceys want yet more money to justify their non-performance, WASA wants more money to pump water into the streets... the list is long and almost endless.

The long tradition of partying while the house burns continues.
