Dudley Castle is hundreds of years old, and the grounds are being used as a zoo.
This photo shows the external walls which are meant to be the first deterrent to invaders. The walls are very thick, and the blocks are fitted together like a jigsaw puzzle. If you look carefully, you can see the slits in the walls from where the archers shot their arrows.Notice the grass really is greener....
