As I mentioned several weeks ago, according to several bloggers (who reside in Trinidad) Brian Manning opened two pharmacies shortly after receiving $9M for a basketball league.
CDAP apparently paying off big time for Manning, but what of the basketball league? So far, not even a caterpillar's whisker is showing for evidence that it exists.
Can any Trini readers enlighten me?
